I have been documenting birth and people for almost a decade. My love for storytelling goes deep and my dedication to preserving memories at every stage of life while creating connection is the drive behind this work for me as a documentarian and artist.
I never stop feeling the excitement when capturing and editing stories of real authentic people.
I’ll meet you in pregnancy, parenthood, just you and your person, wild families, brands and the brave souls willing to be vulnerable and create art to celebrate just being them… I’m here for it..

I have a strong passion for birth and honoring the rite of passage of this beautiful but also courageous transition through to new motherhood and parenting. Women deserve to have powerful and transformational experiences when giving birth. My work as a birth keeper, doula and coach is my life’s work in giving back to humanity.
Coaching and mentoring other women, creatives and birth workers is something I am deeply honored to now pass on through my online programs, products, group & 1:1 coaching.

When I work with doula clients my core teaching is on taking what I call ‘radical responsibility’ for their own pregnancy and birth experience. What I have learned and observed in my many years in birth work is that the couples and women who are willing to do the mindset work, become educated and also understand the surrender in the physiology of birth are the people who have positive and beautiful births.
Even if things don’t ‘go to plan’ , having confidence and letting go of fear prior to birth is an empowering state that not only changes perception of the experience but often the experience itself.
In short I am a complete birth nerd and watching couples create positive and empowering birth experiences is my jam.
